The differences between Leningrad lightmeter models are very little. They are all(?- maybe one CdS?) selenium meters which don't need batteries to use. The function and method of use are the same. All are capable of doing reflected and incident readings. The differences which can be seen are mostly cosmetic (shape, dial designs, etc), or in the GOST/DIN/ISO ranges, the shutter and aperture changes, as well having cine scales. One or two models use match-needle type readings, and the the rest have numbered scales on their faces.
And I believe that there is no real increase in reading sensitivities between the older and newer models as well: for instance a Leningrad-2 has the same sensitivity range as the Leningrad 4 or 7.
