What would it take to 60-fy an existing digital M?
I'm thinking:
1) custom firmware
2) remove the screen
3) replace the body shell with one without buttons or screen cutout (or strap lugs if you are so inclined)
4) mark ISO values on body shell and white line on control wheel
Did I miss anything?

I think one of those Luigi cases that cover up the LCD might do!

Come to think of it, Leica could offer it as a service option. I would consider it if the decide to never release it as a standard model. I'm very drawn by the idea if not having an lcd. I'm interested in an even simpler camera which calls less and less attention.

I like this option the best.
It's consistent with how Leica server their customers.

Just hand it to an eleven year old. Took about an hour in my case.
great idea, it's cheaper + you make some child happy (at least for 1h)
