Hello,
a friend of mine is staying in Washington DC for a couple of nights. I wonder if someone could tell me a store where she could find Domke bags, especially the DOMKE F-5XZ (wax wear)? They are really overprized in Germany. Do you have any experience with this bag? I want to use it with two Bessas /lenses, some films etc.

DOMKE F-5XZ is a great compact bag. Its very well padded and actually carries alot of stuff.

Thank you both. According to the penn camera homepage they do not have any domke products. Any more ideas?

I'm out of ideas then 
I did buy a domke gripper strap at the local Penn in Maryland so ... they do carry some domke products. Silly webpage.

Penn definitely carries the Domke Gripper straps, but perhaps they don't carry the bags.

Yeah, their grippers dont show up in a search of the site either though. I'll just call penn for you Philipp - once they open of course.
Update: I called them and they carry domke's line of straps, but NOT the camera bags. Sorry. :|

Not exactly DC, but I used to check out this place in Virginia called Ace Camera. They had a really good selection of Leicas, etc. You might want to check them out. http://www.acephoto.net/
Another place that had more "traditional" gear was called Dominion Camera, in Falls Church. http://www.dominioncamera.com/

I don't think Pro Photo is on line (they are a small, old-fashioned, family-owned shop). Just call them or have your friend call them: +1-202-223-1292
