dot.jpg and dot.jpeg

Attachments with dot.jpg are still limited to 150kB, but attachments with dot.jpeg are limited to 300kB.

Of course Jorge may fiddle with settings at any minute, but it's a useful workaround.

Thanks for the heads-up, I was wondering why I still had to post 150 even though 300 was announced.
