Double exposures you wish you hadn't done

Don't know if this thread was done before. But I'll admit in messing up once. Here's one I wish I had back. Kodak Tmax 3200. MP and I think a 50 lux. Post your pain!

So how exactly does a double exposure happen in a M?

Happens from time to time, even with an M. I have a button-rewind M2, and at first when holding the camera I'd inadvertently press the rewind button, resulting in a double or partial overlapping exposure. In the below instance, it was with a new Bessa R4a and just that one overlapping frame, not sure why...

I manage to do this on my Bronica RF from time to time ... I think I must accidentally press the ME button when I hold the camera a certain way occasionally!

At least this one was the same subject!

Sorry, no example to show, but I lost an image I really wanted that way once. Camera is 6x9 with a separately cocked and advanced shutter/ translator, only used when I REALLY want a nice image and wide angle.
The shots were of an abandoned mine mill 400 miles from home. Really bummed me out!
I have somehow never re-exposed a roll of film in spite of changing films mid roll a lot. Now that I've said it, it'll for sure happen tomorrow...

Thanks for the reminder, Bryce. My Mamyia RB67 is same cock and advance separated. I'll use that for the purpose.

O.K., it didn't even wait 24 hours; there are overlapped images on a roll of film drying in my darkroom!
Same camera and everything, and like I said before, I only put up with using that beast when I REALLY care about IQ.
This time its shots of the place I was working until recently, a machine shop and fabrication company that dates to 1893. And the only place that employs an industrial blacksmith in the present to my knowledge.
The shots? Of the smithy, of course.
At least this time I can probably go back and re-shoot.

Probably he left the leader out, I do that. I dont roll the leader all the way in so if I was to take it out and place it on the table, I probably would use that roll to shoot all over again. So I dev straight after pulling it out
