Dust is major problem for film developing and printing. I recently saw this device advertised at the usual place

It is said to have a blue LED that obviously must be blocked, but apart from that , does anyone tried this kind of technique in developing or printing ?. I imagine that placing it near the enlarger or the drying prints could have some positive effect - if it works, and that is the main point !!! - in preventig dust...
Any experiences with this or other devices of this kind ??? Or is it just a piece of junk ?
Concerning the possible health benefits, I am very sceptical, but that is another matter.
