E39 or 39mm red filters

I want to buy a 39mm red filter for black and white photography. It has to be 39mm to fit the lens and lens hood combination. B+W Filters seem to be the only manufacturer and indeed supplier. I've contacted both their German and American arms by e-mail to no avail. My initial enquiry to the German arm was to find a UK or European distributor or supplier. The American web site has a sales facility, but it doesn't work.

Has anyone please any idea as to where I might purchase a (new) 39mm red filter without resort to online auctions or trawling through endless boxes of filters at camera fairs?

I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
