Earliest Nikon S3

It’s a lazy Sunday here east coast of USA. Cloudy, cool and peaceful.
I was browsing eBay, doing laundry and watching American football.

Then this popped up!



25th if we go by the serial number, too bad it’s a bit tired.

I remember few years back, for-a-while I had 93

Anyone encountered an earlier number?

In my database I have 6300001 (may not be real?), 6300012, 6300014,& 6300021. So this is the 5th on my list.

6300001 was listed for sale on UK ebay in 2020 for GB£5000.

Well…I own 25 now, tired and all.
I couldn’t resist, sent a low offer of $300 and the seller accepted. The lens is worth a few $$…I will share some images when I get the camera.
Anyone has extra front glass for that prism?
