I can't locate the ad, but there was an ad in RFF classifieds for three lenses that were also on ebay, one of which was an M-Rokkor. I was bidding on this and found that my bid was cancelled for the following reason.
"Minolta Leica CLE 40/2 M-Rokkor, 40mm f2, Very clean
Including original hood and B+W F-Pro Skylight filter Item number: 200155410575 Bidding has ended for this item The seller ended this listing early because the item is no longer available for sale."
Anybody on RFF buy this lens directly? The "Buy it Now" option disappears when there are valid bids on it. Sort of doesn't seem kosher to have RFF members competing for a classified item in two different fora.

John,
It wasn't me; the problem is that you don't know who the bidders are. How do you identify a bidder as a RF member?
