Hi there and happy new year everybody !

Thanks to the generosity of our fellow RFFer thmk I have now some rolls of Efke KB 25 and 50, together with Classic Pan 200 and 400 to which I'd like to give a try as soon as possible. My only doubt is regarding their respective recommended speed to soup them in Diafine (so far my one and only developer).

So if somebody here has tried that I'm all ears :) I tried the massive dev chart but no luck. If nothing pops up I'll run some tests, ranging from nominal speed to 1 - 1 1/2 stops push.

Also, while we're at it... do the Efke / CP canisters have screw caps in order to reuse them easily ?

Thanks in advanced !

For Diafine, double the speed and shoot away. "Dead" in my gallery was shot on Efke with my Holga.

Ah, I do love the search function here. I've got a couple of rolls of Efke 25 coming and was wondering about this. So, a couple of months later, I also say "Thanks, Tom"!

I just read the tip sheet that came with my efke 25 bulk roll. It said that efke 25 should be exposed at ISO 50 in natural light and ISO 25 in tungsten light.

I just looked at a 24x30 cm print from Efke 25 in 35 mm and the grain was _totally_ invisible. I have a test roll I shot some weeks ago. I feel really tempted to try it in Diafine now and see what I get... Or maybe cut it in half and do half in Calbe R09...
