I posted two threads the past few days on some Efke25 and Efke100 results with commercial developing. I used three different types of B&W film on the same day. Today I am posting some results obtained with Tri-X. The film was also developed in Ilford.

Most likely, the three threads will benefit most the lab that I used. They could see what their developing process is doing (and not doing). It may help some of you who use a commercial lab with Ilford developer. Lastly, it may encourage people to do their own developing 🙂

Most likely, I used a Konica II camera.

You really need to do the same subject to see differences. And they will not show on a computer screen if they are all developed properly.

Ilford developer means nothing. They must make 6 or 8 ,all different

Ronald,
I think, they use the HC-110. <=== wrong; it was an Ilford developer.

Nice images, I would love to shoot on tri-x but unfortunatly I can not buy them in dubai, either I can buy any other developers but Ilford Ilfosol, this is bit offtopic but do you know any online reseller of developing chemicals who ship internationaly? thank you

Nachkebia,

Try B&H in New York. Under www.google.com search for B&H Photo. The link will be given. They are large enough to may be send overseas a developer. The other source may be Freestyle Photo. Again, google.

Good luck.

HC110 is Kodak-it's what I use. Very easy, no powder.

Then I am wrong; they told me they use a general application developer by Ilford. I will ask them next time about the name.
