So this is the first roll out of my Electro 35 GSn. It is also the first roll of film I have developed myself and the first images I have scanned. Film was Ilford FP4+125, developed in Ilfosol 3, and the scanner is an Epson Perfection V500. I have gotten to this point through HOURS of reading articles and forums on the net, then just going for it. For me the hardest parts are trying to focus the lens in the rangefinder and trying to get a handle on the whole scan/editing thing. Pictures were given a simple process; scanned at 8 bit/4800dpi, auto adjust levels in Gimp, then tweeking a little on my own. I am open to any and all feedback of my work.

i want say how much I have learned from the members of this forum and I hope I can at some point have enough experience to contribute to it.
Thanks again,
Michael

These look really nice... excellent job developing especially for a first time! You can't go wrong with FP4 and a GSN (and a good eye helps...)

Excellent. I like the chair shot. I'm not far ahead of you on developing after a long, long hiatus; I souped my seventh roll last night ... or was it eight? No matter. Keep 'em coming.

You're on your way. Getting good blacks, whites and midtones. It really isn't that hard is it? I like a lot of your pictures too. If you don't already know how, you want to move along to how to deal with low contrast situations and high contrast situations. And then there's the whole realm of different films and developers. But you don't have to get into any of that if you don't want. Just enjoy taking pictures and developing them, and you've obviously learned how to do that.
