Electro 35 G POD

Hello all,

I'm sure this is discussed a lot around here but here I go..

Today I received my first RF, a Electro 35G, but I think 'the' pad is gone. The shutter stays open while the shutter-release is pressed, closes when when I let go if the slow light is on, shutterspeed always the same otherwise.

I'd like to repair it (or at least try) but I dont know where to find this pad, and I can't find a decent picture of where it should be..

I've attached a picture of the cam, with the top of. Will someone please mark the spot where it is? And did i strip this camera far enough to see it?

Thanks a lot greyhoundman! I'll have a go at it today! The pad is indeed totally gone (really, not even goo or whatever)

Yeah! I fixed it! 😀 That was really easy! 😀 The frame counter doesn't work anymore but i'll try to fix that when the first roll is full 🙂
