Elmarit 28mm Won't Reach Infinity On M8

Hi,

I'm using a 28mm Elmarit on my M8. It's the V4 version (pre-asph). I looks pristine, spotless, like new ! Nonetheless, when I try to focus past 10m, it's impossible to align both images in the RF window ! This gives me soft results when shooting landscapes... Any idea what could be wrong ? It focuses properly at closer range. Any DIY adjustments possible ?
