elmarit 90mm f2.8 version 1 repair, advice needed!

Bought a version 1velmarit 90mm but glass was dirtier then expected.

I managed to take out the front element and clean it. But must of dirt/ fungus is behind the back element.

Does anybody know how i can get to it?

This is a very fine lens, I bought one new around maybe 1962 or so, and I still have mine. It is so sharp I can only take full advantage of it by having the camera on a tripod. When mine needs service, I send it in to one of the well-regarded technicians. I think it's well worth it.
