Full-frame Eos M with a foveon-like sensor? Sign me up!

It'll be interesting if Canon finds a way to significantly reduce the cost but increase the yield of full frame sensors. I'm sure the tech would find its way to other manufacturers as well, patents notwithstanding. The tech could also pave the way for cheaper medium format sensors.
The whole "foveon-like" aspect is intriguing as well - a foveon camera with a fast processor and excellent AF would be incredible.
