I'am using an EP-1 (program P) with a FL-36 flash in TTL auto mode and photos come out quite underexposed. To correct underexposure I must increase flash power by 1.7, either in the camera or in the flash. The flash is OK because I also use it on a E-330 and exposure is correct. Exposure of the EP-1 with natural light is also OK.
Any Ideas?

Thanks for the idea, the results are similar. But I think I have found the reason for underexposure. White or clear parts of the background are the reason, even if they do not cover a large area and focus and exposure are centerd on the main subject.
The efect is similar when shooting with flash and reflective stripes of safety garments get into your frame, they fool the light meter.
If there is not a big contrast between the subject and the background, exposure is OK.
I 'am also using the FL-36 on an E-330 since long, and this does not happen. For some reason the light meter of the EP-1 is more sensitive to reflected light?. So I guess the only solution is to overexpose as with backlight.
Anyone using Oly FL-36/50 flashes EP's can give their experience?
Thanks
Eduardo
