I have an Epson 4490 that has worked well over the years. I have an archive of several hundreds family photos that I would like to scan. The 4490 does an acceptable job, but it is also abt 15yrs old. I would think that there are more recent scanners that deliver better results from scanning photos than the 4490.
How do the Epson V600-700-750-800-850 compare and are there other brands or models I should investigate ?
I use a 24mb DSLR and dedicated lens for negative scanning so the flatbread would NOT be used scanning of negatives.
Thanks !
