Epson Plug-in placement in CS2

Where should the Epson plug-in folder be located in CS2? I would also like to leave the ACR plug-in for another camera. Now, when I load an R-D1 file from Bridge, it opens with ACR. Then, when I select Open from ACR, the file then opens with the Epson plug-in.
