Thanks everyone.
Just wanted to let everyone know that there were multiple buyers and I sold it to the person who's email I received 1st with a firm offer. Thought that was the only fair way as there was only 7 minutes difference between them.

I too was considering it - then I realized I needed to do so many other things with my funds - renovate my bathroom, get my butt to Vegas for a convention in March, etc. etc. etc.

Maybe I'll get the next one (or a new one if I win in Vegas )
