i reinstalled windows xp, sp2, and epsonscan. the preview window won't come up now. has anyone seen this? what's the way of turning the preview window on again?

the last time i had a recurring problem with EpsonScan, i downloaded a newer versino of the app from the epson website, and things worked peachy after that.
