Anyone know the name?
I had never heard of him, but looking through the Photos on Flickr,
I recognized quite a few.
I have just purchased what was left of his Archive, mostly rubbish but a few nice original Prints. Including 3 large copies of the one in the link. (18" * 12").
Plus a few of the Vogue ones, some signed, & his Nikon FM, Winder + 50 & 135 Nikkors. (I may keep these!)
How about this one & this one.
Some great pictures.
Unsure what to do with the Photographs now.
I may try & organise an exhibition/display before I sell most of them off.
There was a book released about him in 2011 " Vernier, Fashion Femininity & Form"
Makes Norman Parkinson seem a little "Old fashioned"
