I found a stash of Provia 400X (120 and 35mm) Lots of them 
however, they were expired on early 2015. it was on the freezer since bought. I think it's still good (at least I hope) and was wondering if I should over expose it or since it's 5 years only and it's been in the freezer?

If it was in the deep freeze all that time, likely not.

Seriously, I would try box speed first, should be fine if kept cold and 2015 is not that old.

I forgot it when I moved out of the old house! yesterday I was looking for my Jobo CPE 2 and my wife told me if I need the films in the freezer
when I noticed few E100VS expired on 2014 and a full bag of over 50 rolls of 400X I remembered when I use to buy them and stock them.
I just finished a roll of T-max 400 on my Rolleiflex...If I only knew I would've put Provia 400X instead

No one I found that can ship Tetenal E-6 Kit internationally like before. I used to develop it myself and result used to be marvelous.
That's why I asked, I remember read somewhere faster film is worse when it comes to expiry. I want to use them badly

I haven't tried outdated Provia 400, but my Velvia 100, five years out of date, was fine when I finally used it. It had been in the freezer except for a trip or two in the car, lasting 2 or 3 weeks each, and then the unused rolls went back in the freezer. I suspect you will be fine.

I hope they are all good. I can tell you that some of the fujifilm that I was gifted and wasn't in a frig or frozen went bad quickly. Some of the Kodak Tmax400,100 and Trix was fine under the same conditions. At least in your case if you find one roll is bad the rest are probably bad. But like others here 2015 isn't that far out so being frozen probably everything is good.

Only 5 months ago I developed a number of rolls of the same film with an expiry date of 2016 , exposed at box speed and home developed with an Arista E-6 kit and they were just fine . And they were stored in a fridge , not frozen .

If frozen the whole time you will notice no difference whatsoever for at least 10-15years past expiration. I bought some 2013 expired Provia 400 was not stored cold and I shot it at 200 it was overexposed. At 400 it was perfect.

i have a bunch that has the exp date as you. I shot a roll a few months ago that had been in my film freezer. shot it at box speed and it came out perfect. dont worry, just shoot it at 400 and you will be fine

They should be fine, as they have been in the freezer since the purchase.
When you shoot the first roll you can also go the "very safe route" and make tow exposures per subject: One with exposure at EI 400/27°, and another one with EI 320/26°.
because in the worst case the films may have lost 1/3 stop in speed, but certainly not more because of the refridegeration.

If they were frozen then 98% no loss of sensitivity, but you can always bracket for your first batch.
That is a nice find. I’m still dearly hanging on to about 4 rolls in the freezer.

2015 exp date is last batch provia 400x - i still have some frozen and is still usable, maybe a tad color shifted to those more experienced with the film. One of my favorites
