I have seen a Black Paint M3 with M2-R winding mechanism and 35mm viewfinder??? is this model really made by factory? offcourse the pricetag was really high too.

It was fairly common to have M3's converted to M2 finder. Users did not like the bulky goggles and had Leica or their tech do it. Even the original MP was converted frequently.
The M4-R/M4 loading is quite easy to install.
Unless the camera can be verified as an original Black M3 - it sounds like it is an aftermarket job.
I have had several M3's converted over the decades, either with M2 finder and/or with M2M/M4M take up shaft as it enabled me to use Leicavit MP's or my own M2 Rapidwinder on them.

My M3 needs some finder work and I'm having more difficulties with the magnification and my glasses then I thought I would. I don't care about more framelines, just easier viewing with my 50.

So some may ask why I got the M3 and not the M2- strictly sentimental reasons. The one I have was made the same year I was born AND I really like the camera.

Nah, add the N2O to the motor for a M and get at least 6-8 frames/sec instead. OK, so dragging the tank along on the back might be a bit of a hassle - but a Hi-Speed M is worth it.
