Please don't make me search the forums! What's your favorite bag for the x100F or earlier models. My requirements are weatherized to some degree, small, and easy/quick access to the camera. The only other items to carry would be a couple of batteries and SD cards. Waist bag is ok, but prefer sling style. Thank you.

My current favorite is the Wotancraft Trooper Small. It's a bit ostentatious but I like its ergonomics and style.

My new favorite, while owning a couple of Domke and Billinghams:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/ELECOM-SLR...466690?hash=item23a2940bc2:g:1YQAAOSw3HZbF6vm
Less than 8 oz, weather proof fabric, velcro closure, 3 pockets (1 zipped pocket on the back), adequate cushioning on all sides. Holds the same amount if not more staff as a Domke F-5XB. Fits my GF670W (take it as an oversized X100), a dozen 120 rolls and a small flash well.
The best part is the price. In fact it's even cheaper in Japan. Won't hurt if you decide to hack it a bit.

Currently have a few bags, all similar in size which I’ve used with the x100f. Domke F-5xb Ruggedwear, Ona Bowery, Tenba DNA 8 and I’m using the Peak Design Everyday Sling at the moment to see how I get on with sling design. The first three are shoulder bags but with strap shortened can be worn in a sling type fashion.
The Ona, very stylish and the Domke, a classic, are both barely used and currently up for sale. Something has to go sometime.

Thanks for those good suggestions.

Domke F5XA is quite a bit smaller than the F5XB and holds the x100 great. Mirrorless mover 10 is smaller yet and still has enough room for the x100, batteries, SD card and even the wide angle adapter. For a couple of batteries, sd card and the camera a belt pouch will work too. I have a couple older Crumplers that the x100 fits in. I took some of the padding out of the belt pouch to make it less bulky.

Domke F-5XB is a perennial favorite; I have owned several.
Domke F5-XA, F-8 or F-9 are more compact,
yet with ample room for an X100 with accessories.

Interesting options, and the price is right, shimokita. And, the Vanguard looks good too, Yokosuka Mike. I've got a Billingham small Hadley but want something smaller without spending so much.

If I didn't need the extra space of my Everyday Backpack, I'd get Peak Design's Everyday 5L Sling.

If that is all you're going to carry then one of smaller Think Tank Mirrorless Mover bags should do it:

Maybe a little over your budget but I have to recommend the Billingham L2. Great small bag.

I use a Timbuk2 Eula with a Tenba BYOB 9 insert. Discreet, high quality and plenty of space.
Why not search?

Why not search? No real reason. Just like fresh info and interaction. Thanks on the Timbuk2/insert combo.

For my X100T I use a CourierWare Micro Bag: 8.5" deep x 8.75" long x 3.5" wide.
There are several options for colors and closure methods. Mine was $70 shipped. It is light weight and well-made.
The bag is also great for my X-Pro 2 fitted with a XF R WR f2 lenses or other small XF primes. A second compact lens might be practical, but this would be more crowded.

Darling,
Don't use a bag. Please. Just hang it over your shoulder or keep it in your hand. If you put it in a bag, it is one more obstruction between you and a photograph. I promise. If you don't believe me, try one day without bag, one day with.
Ciao,
