Hi again, FSURF freaks :D

I got an itching problem to solve on my fed 2 : The pic frame bits the sprocket holes, about half a millimeter in.

I wish you could tell me if there's a way to fix it.
Not the big bug, see, but it forces me to think twice my framings, and reframe a bit while printing.

Could be better ... but could be worse when you know russian cams.

I think you might find your answer here:

The good news is that it's a relatively easy fix (by FSU standards).

I have a Zorki 1 that has been taken apart several times (original body replaced with a Z2C shell) and I probably haven't been as precise as I should be about reinstalling the shims under the lens mount (I use a Jupiter 12 on it most of the time so Lens-to-film distance isn't as critical as it would be with longer lenses).

Anyway, I've noticed the pictures going up into the sprockets and have wondered it the improper shimming may have thown of the centering of the lens on the film. I keep telling myself to reshim and see if it makes a difference but haven't got around to it.
