Hi all
At the moment I am sitting here scanning my first role of Double-X (processed in HC-110) on my Nikon LS-5000. I will post pictures on the appropriate thread shortly.
BUT, I am somewhat perplexed by the great results I got with Neopan 1600 and DD-X. I just cannot find the same fine grain at anything above, say, ISO 50.
I am wondering now if certain types or forms of grain just scan better on certain scanners. Any comments from the professional scanning people on the forum?
Cheers, John
