Filter for Nikkor -S C 5cm 1.4 lens in LTM

In a previous thread, the following information was posted as to the filter size and pitch of this lens:

5cm f1.4 - filter diameter = 43mm, pitch = 0.50mm

Through extensive research, I have found out that the pitch of modern filters (e.g. B&W) are 0.75mm.

I have also read that B&W filters, even though they are the incorrect pitch, seem to work for others.

I would like to have a filter on to protect the lens and was thinking about buying this B&W filter:

Can anyone here confirm that this filter will work on my Nikkor S C 5cm 1.4 lens in LTM?

Some B+W work, and some are a little tight, Ellen.

Since I switched to UV/IR filters for the 240, I think I have spare chrome and black UV/MRC filters at home that work on my 3 50/1.4 Nikkors (embarassing, I know ...). Send me a PM, if you'd like to have one, I'll sell it cheap.
