Filters for Nikkor Q 13.5cm f3.5???

Hello,
I am wondering if I need to get a Series VI filter adapter for my new lens (Nikkor Q 13.5cm f3.5 Black) or will regular modern 43mm filters screw right on?

It came along with a 43mm Yellow filter (Soligor brand) which hasn't aged anywhere near as well as the lens.

My google searches specific to the lens didn't help much and neither did reading up on Series filter system, either.

So before speeding off to abuse my charge card at B&H (first time in ages - honest!) I'd like to make sure I buy what I need so the filters arrive and I'm able to use em quickly. :-D

In my experience, modern B+W 43mm filters have worked just fine on all my vintage & new/reissue Nikon RF lenses. Can't speak to other filter brands.

The lens arrived today looking gorgeous and the B+W 43mm uv/ir screwed right in easy as pie.
