First roll w/ M2 $ CV 40mm 1.4... and a beer train!

Well I finally got around to getting these things uploaded today... moving has been quite a bother... but worth it. Hopefully tomorrow or sat will be the last day!

a couple of christmas day pictures (yes, I was all alone on christmas since my fam is in FL, so my images reflect that):

but I felt a little bit better on the 26th... we made a beer train... between three of us, there were 44 alcoholic beverages consumed that night:

the beer train was shot at f22 @1 sec IIRC

and wide open, seems to be a little vingetting, possibly from the lens hood? or maybe the lens it self...? f1.4@1/60 IIRC

and my buddies the next morning... still passed out. both taken f1.4 @ 1/60th IIRC:

I agree... helps frame the subject in a sense. The real test will be Saturday in Nashville, where I will be shooting some candid shots for a wedding... f1.4 will be my best friend...

All I see is Rolling Rock and B light...

On my trip to Germany last winter they had that stuff not even in the beer aisle, but one further down with the sparkling water.
