I picked the "standard scan" option from this lab, and IIRC, the prices were $10 for 35mm (develop and scan), and $8 for 120.
For standard, the 35mm file was 2075 x 3130 pixels, and the 6x6 was 4800 each side. When you choose "standard", you get unattended, unadjusted scans, and they upload to an FTP site when complete. The Extra-Large, adjusted option was about $20 for develop and scan. Haven't tried that yet though.

Overall, I was very happy with the convenience of FTP'd scans and the quality of the images. The 35mm is with a 50mm ZM Sonnar, and the square is from a Rolleiflex 2.8e. Both wide open, I believe, and both with Portra 400.

On the second photo, there is actually no clipping on the white dress per the histograms...
