I recently picked up a Rokinon (Samyang) 8mm rectilinear fisheye lens for my X-Pro 1. I haven't had much of an opportunity to play with it in any great detail, but so far, I am quite pleased with the quality of this lens, especially for the $349 price tag! With a 180 degree field of view, you have to be careful that you aren't including toes, tripods or camera straps in the shot!

Here are a few night time and light painting shots with the Rokinon:

That night shy is gorgeous! Little question, do you need a tracking mount to take such photo's? Probably impossible to take such pics here (too much light pollution) but curious cat wants to know.

Spanik:

The Milky Way shots were off a stationary tripod. Use of a tracking mount would have blurred the barn/horizon. Due to the extreme wide field of the 8mm lens, I was able to keep my shutter open for 45 seconds without any appreciable star trailing. Both star field shots were 45 sec. @ f/2.8, ISO 1600.

Recently I was in Lower Antelope Canyon in AZ and shot a few images with the 8mm Rokinon on my Fuji X-Pro 1. It's a pretty neat lens in the slot canyons when one is shooting more of an abstract image.

Here's a couple of shots from that outing:
