Does anyone have any first hand experience of the Focamatic?
It is a '60s French camera made by OPL that was styled/designed by Roger Tallon, one of the most important industrial designers of the day. The later Focasport had a rangefinder but the fully automatic Focamatic didn't.
Things he worked on range from the TGV to the SEM Veronic movie camera whose looks were somewhat revolutionary (though not commercially successful).
Much of his work would not look out of place in an old James Bond movie, well...that's being a bit rude...it is a lot better than that!
