Does anybody has a link to the website with the detailed explanation of using the focus button in CF mode to achieve perfect focus? I know that that link was floating around Zeiss Contax forum for a while...

Hmm, I just noticed you were talking about focusing with CF mode, not the SAF mode. The link I cited doesn't get into that.

The focus lock button (back of camera) is really there to support locking focus if in CAF mode (but I use it in SAF mode all the time). In CAF mode, you push the shutter down halfway, which starts the continuous focus. At this point, you thumb the focus lock to lock focus. I never use CAF.
