Found some old undeveloped rolls. AGFA APX 400

Hi,
I found about 8 rolls of Agfa apx 400 undeveloped today and would like to develop them. They date back about 10 years and has been through some rough conditions over its time. I will be using Tmax developer at 1:4. Does anyone have tips on how I should go about developing this film? I am assuming it has fogged a bit over time and would like to try reduce it.

HC110 has a lot of restrainers in it and is excellent at reducing fog. A speed enhancing developer like TMax will be one of the worst developers for encouraging fog. APX400 has unusually poor latency for a 400 speed film - it's worth developing them, but expect considerable image degradation.
