Hi,
I got this camera from the Ukraine some time ago and liked the way it handles. Afterwards I got myself a Leica M2 and the Fed is sitting on a shelf since. I adapted the lens mount so it can take the 15mm Heliar. It has a rigid hood on top. I took great care not to mess up the alignment and it works. The pic on the left is with this combo.
The camera is of the almost latest version, with self timer and raised accessory shoe. Thus the 15mm finder sits neatly and peeps over the camera! The earlier ones have lower shoes. They can only be adapted to accomodate for this finder.
The Industar is of a newer era, from '92 judging by the number. I can include a UV filter (B&W), a metal cap that once graced a Jupiter 8 and the original hood! The metal cap is better than the usual plastic ones. The lens is complete with passport and bakelite case.
The camera has the original leather eveready case.
NB! I also have the remains of another FED that ate film, one from a '82! This one is not like that, it works flawlessly! Ofcourse I include the wind spool.
I was thinking of something like 70 euros.
