I managed to post an entry, it looks very lonely in there, no others?
I wonder if it's in the right place?
Incidentally, we are about to see a good few pictures posted for this comp, for what it's worth, this one is a straight scan, no adjustments made (other than what the epson 4180 decides to do to it).

Dave.

This sounds like fun!
I've got some film freshly loaded and will hopefully have something good before the 10 July deadline.
Sunny 16, here I go!
Rob
edit:
I just looked at the photos there and the level of excellence is set very high from the beginning!

Hurray!

If anyone would like to take part, I'd be more than glad to loan my Zorki-4 for the price of shipping. Don't have a lens to go with it, though.

Giddy with excitement, CVBetc. posts a recent photo to keep Todd and Dave company until fresh troops arrive!

I'm ready to dev my latest film from my Fed3a, I hope that a couple are good enough to stand alongside those in the competition gallery (there's some nice work in there). I just wondered, seeing that some entries have a rating already, shouldn't we wait until all the entries are in before we rate them?

Finally got round to fixing the light leaks in the shutter curtains of my fed 3.
Here is a few shots from my test roll.
Got the urge to load another roll, damn the price increase in film 😡

I actually got a Saturday night off from work last week(yipee!) and went to see some live music, not in a bar, which is a treat for me. The band was the Glengarry Bhoys, some of our Canadian RFFers may be more faniliar with them than I was. The venue is an old church here that has been de-comissioned(de-sanctified?) and is now a local arts center. Excellent acoustics and a killer band! I took my "new" FED5 with a Jupiter-9 and shot a roll of color film. I think I got some good stuff but I will know for sure Thurs or Fri when I pick up the prints/negs/CD.
And I got to help a woman sitting close to me get some better photos with her digi P&S 😀 (turned off the flash and set the ISO higher).
And I got to see some work by a local photographer who I hadn't seen before.
All in all, a very good evening!
Even if my photos are crap. 😀
