Fuji GW670 MK3

I have just bought a FUJI GW 670 camera and intend to use it for general photography and landscapes.

The camera is in mint condition and has had 55 films through it.

Having a Contax G2 and a Leica M6 I didn't need another camera but I was looking in Ebay and noticed this camera with 2 minutes to go. I bought it for £400.

Are these cameras good considering they appear to be plastic and did I pay a good price?

Price was decent. Marvelous lenses on these cameras. Not interchangeable, but 6x7 and some of the best glass in medium format. They are plastic, but well built. Not as dense and bricklike as the Bronica or Plaubel Makina, but well built.

My Mk II - GW670 - also has the plastic cladding over a metal body. The Mk III is more ergonomic in shape than my II.

The 90mm Fujinon covers the 6x7 frame rather well and resolves better than what I need for an 11 by 14.

Expect the shutter to be noisy, or more precisely the mechanism that is connects the shutter release to the frame counter to be noisy.
