Fujica GL690 Auto-Up in 2020

Hello,

Where in the world (yes, literally the entire world) can I find a Fujica Gl690 "Auto-Up" attachment for the 100mm lens in 2020? I know they are rare, but they MUST be out there somewhere collecting dust. There is near-zero information online on these attachments and I have exhausted all the equipment search methods I have access to (Google, Ebay, etc., plus a couple guys who seek out used camera gear from Japan).

Does anyone have any insight? Post or send me a PM if you have any tips, please?
