Ok, today I received a Leica Thread Mount to Canon SLR adapter and the result you see before you - my Canon IVSB with a Canon FL mount 35mm f 2.5 topped by a Braun turret finder. Not too off the planet I must admit (in fact I think this combo looks kinda cool) but it set me thinking..... lets see or at least hear about some of your weird and wonderful combinations.
I have already tried adding a LTM to Leica M mount adapter but this adapter does not clear the body on any of my M cameras (its pretty wide in diameter and seems to bind against the camera body just above the lens mount, without quite seating properly on the Ms.) I also have an M42 to Canon SLR mount adapter so by adding this to the mix, I can also use my Takumar lenses. That combination looks a little odd, but it should work with either the 35mm, 28mm 24mm or 20mm lenses I have. I have not had time to try this yet but will post some results when I get time.

Looks pretty cool...seems to me Bill Pierce did a lot of this kind of thing with a Leica CL back in the early 70's.
