This weekend I went to the Elf Fantasy Fair in Haarzuilen (Netherlands). The Elf Fantasy Fair (EFF) is a 2-day fantasy event, with a lot of people dressed up in all kinds of costumes. If you do a search on Flickr for "elf fantasy fair" you'll see what I mean.
Because this is such a relaxed event, I took my new Rolleicord Vb and some rolls of film (Delta 100, Reala). But I was not prepared for the great reactions I got when using this camera.
All day long, people were stopping me to tell how much they liked my camera, and asking if it was still working. And it is very strange, if a fellow photographer with one or more pro-dslr around his neck is complimenting you on your camera.
By the end of the day I heard dozens of stories of people that used these cameras before, or that had one lying at home.
All-in-all I had a great day, now i'm hoping the pictures turn out right.
