FYI - rumor about possible fw update for x100

For those of us w/ the original x100, we may get a fw update if this rumor is true..

I really hope this is true.. I can think of a couple of camera companies that should remain nameless that would rather sell their customers a new camera body every year then to fix the problem w/ their current one (for those issues that can be fixed w/ sw patch that is).

Still cranking away with mine.
I would be stoked with just a simple addition of the Q button functions being able to replace the RAW button. I use mine for the ND filter now.
Upgrading to tabbed menus would be sweet too.
Not sure what else could happen without hardware changes.

I just bought an X100s (thus the waiting begins) and this is perhaps the single thing I want!

I love that Fuji does this, it's part of what's drawing me in, their kaizen approach is really attractive.
