Very nice. I have not looked at too many shots taken with this lens. The first two here have a wonderful signature.
Nice Joe. I can't wait to try out my vintage Sonnar 50/1.5 but my adapter isn't done yet.

The best camera is one that still works!
I like everything about those pics except the highlights. The setup looks great Joe ... having never laid eyes on a G1 I didin't realise they were such a little camera. In deliberating over a backup for my M8 it would be hard to decide between one of these or an RD-1!

Very Nice Joe. The farmers market is a great place to shoot. Do you have any shots yet with your 25 biogon on the G1?

Joe,
How did you ever get anything in focus with such a crappy focus shifting lens? Also, I'm surprised it hasn't fallen apart in your hands by now.
Writing without sarcasm now... I really like the look of these. Very nice indeed. Thanks for posting them. The C-Sonnar is my favorite lens and the G1 is a severe temptation.

I'm surprised anything is growing in the frozen tundra!

willie, the g1 is great fun, with the kit lens or the zm lenses.
very easy to focus the 50 inside or outside.

Very nice images! It makes me think my Ultron 35/1.7 would work very well on the G1 body.

Do you post-process color to black and white or shoot black and white in camera?

how easy do you find it to focus "on the fly"?

about the same as any camera i have right now.
i am spoiled by wide angle lenses and hyper focal distance - that's the easiest way to go. anything longer than a 50 and to focus becomes more of a chore for me.

Joe,
Have you tried the black and white in camera and, if you have, does the viewfinder switch to black and white?
