Gallery clock stuck?

Hey all,

Here it is thatI finally get the info on how to upload pics to the Gallery in the correct size so they don't get rejected. I upload five (daily limit) last night.

Now, I go to upload another five tonight and it tells me I've exceeded my daily limit!!!

What gives?

Seems like the Gallery clock is running kind of slow and thereby deny you good RFF'ers of LOLs as you look at my meager pics! :bang:

George I have the same experience and have seen a pattern...

It seems the gallery requires there to be at least 24 full hours between your last upload and the next. I think it's timed from when the batch of notated photos is accepted and displayed as new items in the gallery. The next time you want to upload, it has to be a full 24 after THAT, that you are able to access the upload form. Then it takes you a little time to attach the pics and get the commentary and titles typed in and such, so by the time this next submission is accepted and displayed, it may be more like 25 hours since the previous time.

It depends on how fast you are in getting your submission submitted, and I've come to prepare the titles, text, and tech data beforehand, and then quickly copy/paste it in. The submission time still keeps creeping later and later, so there are days I just skip it and try earlier in the day the next time.
