Gallery Picks' is an opportunity for you to post a heads up to what you have seen during the past seven days at RFF that you like.
There's no membership requirement, no criteria (except past seven days), no voting, no limit to the number of photos mentioned, and everybody mentioned is a winner.
Anybody can start the thread on a Monday.
Anybody can join in, it's a community event!

This portrait from snausages2000 is genius:
A side note, about half of the pictures posted in the past week have been duplicates. People should get in there and delete 'em.

If the pictures are uploaded in more than one category, they automatically show up in duplicates in the Gallery-latest upload.

Walter Leoparati's suprise.
Walter Leoparati's suprise.
ALSO, I'd ask everyone's indulgence by mentioning a really fine post by photogdave " Show us your favorite galleries" in this same Critique Page. It received some feedback but not nearly what it deserves. Therefore, I'm submitting today with my Gallery Picks an RFF photog's name hoping that will stimulate interest in going back to the Gallery to view the work. Who knows, maybe this will be a great idea and maybe NOT... First selection is Gabriel M.A. he has some wonderful photos.

I'll start my selections with an amazing photo by mauro scacco... The Nun
Either by design, or serendipity, this is a terrific image. Very Francis Bacon.
It's my Pick of the Week.

'Proud Police' ... by photony texas.
Something about this image really strikes a chord with me ... aside from being a photo that makes me look twice there is a humorous content that I enjoy as well.
