Thanks Axel for the mention, grazie.
Here are picks:
Love these fishes swimming among the clouds, well seen VOsh !
and I like this road going anywhere (yes Scotia, no idea where it is) by Rhl-oregon, love the light, the shape, the B&W tones
It's a simple sink...but I can imagine so much about...a nice photo by Lcsmith
A special photo of a special car, love how it has been interpreted by Bike Tourist
A nice place in this excellent photo by Jcrutcher: the perfect framing and the B&W tones make it perfect.
Beautiful light and colors in this photo by Raid
Alberti gives us a special portrait, light, colours and subject are very well combined
A great moment with special light in this photo by Rangefinder 35
A special second mention for Raid, why? Because for a moment I thought there was snow in Pensacola !
Colors, light and darkness in a beautiful photo by Lxmike
As always many good photos in the gallery, congrats everyone!
And please share your picks for this week! Gallery is a great source for inspiration !

Thanks a lot Robert. I took several shots that day, but the one I uploaded is my favorite.

I was looking back at last week gallery and found another couple of photos worthwhile to be mentioned1
"Water" by Water Leporati, a refreshing photo in this hot summer with a surrealist look, love the little man in the background...
This photo belongs to an excellent series, great work by Walter
and "Coffee shop" by Pixalated, interesting dreaming look
And one for the colors! "Portals" by Bike Tourist (although I had cropped a little bit on the right side to make it more symmetric, but this is just me, hope my comment doesn't disturb too much
) love the light and that structure valves I think blue and red in the lower side of the photo.
Downtown by Stefanjozef is a strange image which calls for my attention, but I'm not sure why. Probably that strong white line in a relatively dark image is what makes it work, combined with the blurred fast car arriving. Interesting!
These are my additional comments, hope this Picks of the week thread stays alive...

Robert, your comments are always welcome. I had the same thought as you and vascillated between crop or no crop. In the end I left it alone.

I can imagine it, it’s always a dilemma! And it is “your” photo!
