I've gone through one battery in my GF670 in a year and may have dusted a second. Only I'm confused. The first battery died and I coudn't fire the shutter and advance the film, if I remember correctly. So I simply replaced it.
Today, the LCD inside the viewfinder blinked, then went solid, indicating a full roster of shutter speeds. The light meter wouldn't indicate a single normal shutter indicator, while turning any of the f stops. I kept shooting, but it was too loud around me to hear the shutter, though I could advance the film each time. Seems like another dead battery -- with a number of lost shots. What gives?
