no problem. I have been waiting for a camera like this god knows how long. 2:3 is just such a good format, I am thinking about doing the same (optical viewfinder)

OK, 25 seconds into the video and I can tell you that I like the smaller one.

Thanks for posting (the video, and the link from here). It really helped me get an idea of the relative sizes. I've seen comparisons before, but this was the most helpful for me.

Unfortunately I'm still up in the air about which one to get. I like the features on both.
I already have a pocket sized Lumix - my Tz5 that I love for it's almost too sharp images and low light capabilities so I really don't know which one to get between the GF-1 and the GH-1.
In the morning I lean towards the GF-1 and at night I lean towards the GH-1.
Maybe I should try to make a decision around lunchtime.

If you do that, it sounds like you will certainly end up with both!

thanks guys, good to hear this was helpful. both cam's are great, for street photography, the gf1 with the 7-14mm :O) and for video the GH1
