Real Men Shoot Film.

I saw this little girl and her dog at the 2010 Johnny Appleseed Festival in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I think the dog is as big as the kid!
I just scanned it today, a year after shooting it. I still have a lot of stuff backed up to scan!
Shot on Neopan 1600 with the ZM 50mm C-Sonnar.

Cute. The dog actually looks like it would rather be on its feet. That's pretty good for 1600.

Yeah, it looks like its about to fall off! I'd rather walk too. The grain of this film is not bad if you shoot it at its real speed of 640 instead of pushing it to 1600. It is way to contrasty at 1600; I shoot Delta 3200 or Tmax 3200 if I need that speed, they have better tonality at 1600. I really like the look of Neopan 1600 at 640 though.

I don't know about that...most dogs or cats will jump when given the chance to do so...that dog wouldn't have any problem escaping from her...
I think it's happy right where it's at...
Cute shot Chris...

So do I. So naturally, they discontinued it. I still wish we could get together and convince Fuji to reinstate it. How are we expected to be loyal customers if they discontinue the films we love?
