Well-known
I've just picked up 2 lenses which went in for repair a few weeks ago to prolaika camera shop in Bratislava (www.prolaika.sk)
I gave them my pentax DA 40mm limited, as it was not focusing on distant objects and a canon 50mm 1.8 ltm which sounded like one of the bearings on the aperture rings had popped out and was rattling around inside. (don't know if that's possible, but that is what it sounded like).
Turns out that the barrel of the pentax was visibly knocked out of alignment (wasn't me...honest!) but now all its problems have been corrected.
The canon is now beautiful - they must have stripped it, CLA'd and put everything back how it should be. Focus is smooth and beautifully damped and the aperture ring is just perfect - it is like a new lens!
Well, the total price for the repairs for two lenses came to about 40 euros - much less than I was expecting. I am glad to recommend this shop - they are very professional and helpful
